Perocili Shoes is a South African retail business specialising in men’s and ladies’ footwear. We are committed to providing high-quality shoes and excellent customer service. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of order creation.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, inserts, and boxes.
  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (such as socks or insoles) may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Customer-Fault Returns (Incorrect Size or Change of Mind)

If you would like to return or exchange a product due to an error on your part (e.g., ordering the incorrect size, change of mind, or similar), please note the following:

  • You will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred.
  • Standard collection within South Africa is R100, and re-delivery of the replacement pair is an additional R100 (total R200 for a full return and exchange cycle).
  • We recommend double-checking your size and order details before completing your purchase to avoid unnecessary return costs.

Perocili-Fault Returns (Incorrect or Defective Items)

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or a product that does not match your order:

  • Perocili Shoes will cover all return shipping costs.
  • We will arrange collection and re-delivery at no cost to you.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos if applicable.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Perocili Shoes error.
  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above (e.g., shows signs of wear or is not in original packaging), the return may be declined.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or store credit instead.

How to Book a Return

To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our returns team at enquiries@perocili.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
  3. We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return booking reference.
  4. You can also book your return collection here (link to your returns booking page, if applicable).

Important Notes

  • Perocili Shoes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a trackable courier service if booking your own return.
  • Items returned without prior notification or beyond the 14-day return window may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
