Perocili Shoes is a South African retail business specialising in men’s and ladies’ footwear. We are committed to providing high-quality shoes and excellent customer service. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and/or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of order creation.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging, including all tags, inserts, and boxes.
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
- For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (such as socks or insoles) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Customer-Fault Returns (Incorrect Size or Change of Mind)
If you would like to return or exchange a product due to an error on your part (e.g., ordering the incorrect size, change of mind, or similar), please note the following:
- You will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred.
- Standard collection within South Africa is R100, and re-delivery of the replacement pair is an additional R100 (total R200 for a full return and exchange cycle).
- We recommend double-checking your size and order details before completing your purchase to avoid unnecessary return costs.
Perocili-Fault Returns (Incorrect or Defective Items)
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or a product that does not match your order:
- Perocili Shoes will cover all return shipping costs.
- We will arrange collection and re-delivery at no cost to you.
- Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos if applicable.
Refund Conditions
- Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by our team.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Perocili Shoes error.
- If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated above (e.g., shows signs of wear or is not in original packaging), the return may be declined.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.
- If the requested size or style is unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or store credit instead.
How to Book a Return
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our returns team at enquiries@perocili.co.za within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
- We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a return booking reference.

Important Notes
- Perocili Shoes is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please use a trackable courier service if booking your own return.
- Items returned without prior notification or beyond the 14-day return window may not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined in this policy.
