A black sandal with two wide straps over the front of the foot and a buckled strap at the back. The sole is thick, black and ridged around the edge, with a flat footbed. The shape is clean, with a broad upper strap, a narrower second strap and the heel strap that keeps everything in place. It keeps things simple and minimal, with the buckle as the only real detail. It's a relaxed pick for hot days, and the plain black colour means it goes with shorts, light trousers and almost anything else in the warm-weather wardrobe.
