A clean black court shoe with a squared toe and a chunky, flared heel that has a textured finish. A small metal buckle-style trim sits across the front and adds a bit of detail without taking over the shoe. The upper is smooth and plain, so the heel and the trim are the only things that break up the colour. The overall look is understated and tidy, the kind of pair that slips easily into a wardrobe full of mixed colours. It would sit just as well with tailored trousers as with a simple skirt or dress.
