Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Perocili, we aim to make delivery simple, fast, and reliable. Please review the policy below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods (public holidays, promotional sales) or for remote areas.
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been booked with the courier.

Courier Service

  • We use The Courier Guy for all deliveries within South Africa.
  • Parcels are fully trackable. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery: R100 flat rate nationwide.
  • Free Delivery: Orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
  • Main centres: typically 3–5 working days from dispatch.
  • Outlying/remote areas: please allow an additional 1–2 working days.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received and cleared.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking details via email.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please provide a complete and accurate street address and contact number. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Perocili is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses.
  • To request an address change after ordering, contact us immediately. If the order has not been dispatched, we will do our best to assist.

Failed Delivery & Re-Delivery

  • If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may attempt redelivery or arrange collection from a local depot.
  • Additional re-delivery fees may apply if a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect address details.

Delivery Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (extreme weather, strikes, courier network congestion, incorrect address details).
  • We will communicate any delays where possible and assist with updates via the tracking portal.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
  • We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.

Ownership & Risk

  • Ownership and risk pass to you upon delivery to the address provided and signature/receipt by you or your representative.
