1. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
2. We use The Courier Guy, and a tracking number will be provided once the delivery is booked.
3. Delivery fee is R100, and free on orders over R1000.

1. Perocili Shoes is a business in the retail industry which markets men’s and ladies footwear.
2. Returns and or exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of order creation.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
4. In the event of a return due to a customer fault, such as the ordering of the incorrect size, the customer will be fully liable for all return shipping fees incurred.
5. Shipping fees for collection within South Africa are R100, re delivery will be a further R100 (in total R200).
6. In the event of a return due to a Perocili Shoes fault, Perocili Shoes will cover return shipping fees incurred.
